DAY # 1 Thursday July 28th..We left our driveway in Cedar Springs at 4:30am and began heading North with the dinghy in tow to Cooks MI! The road trip went Great. We did not stop once until we over the bridge! we arrived in the morning, packed up all of our stuff and headed to Straits Lake (Lisa's parents place is on this lake) They have a pontoon boat that we were able to use. Lisa drove us to the Island while Mark and Brad launched the dinghy! I think Lisa is singing in the picture below. :)
